We would like to introduce the screw simple measurement tool 'SID/SITD'. The "SIT" is a screw inspection tool designed for through and blind screws, which employs a step screw at the tip of the screw section to reduce the burden of inspection work and improve efficiency. The "SITD" features a shape that integrates the "through screw section" and the "blind screw section," allowing for accurate inspection while removing small foreign objects from the internal threads by incorporating a groove for the inspection tool. The shank section has the same shape as a tap, allowing it to be attached to a tap holder, and by mounting it on a measuring machine, "mechanical measurement" becomes possible. 【Features of SIT/SITD】 ■ Adoption of a step screw at the tip of the SIT screw section improves efficiency by reducing the burden of inspection work. ■ Use of high-quality material (HSS) significantly enhances lifespan. ■ "Through" and "blind" can be purchased individually. ■ Adoption of color markings facilitates storage management. ■ The shank section has the same shape as a tap, allowing it to be mounted on a tap holder. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
